We are committed to protecting the privacy of the users of our website. When you place an order or provide us with personal information, we use it for internal or service related purposes only. The information we collect is used to notify you of changes to the website, new releases, or special offers and events we think you'll find valuable. This information is NOT shared with anyone beyond the support staff of our website and winery, except when required by Law Enforcement investigation.

By purchasing our products, the Customer represents that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth on this website, and that he/she is at least twenty-one (21) years old and has the legal ability to engage in a contract. Mailing List

Periodically Fox Meadow Winey emails a newsletter to our customers. If you have chosen to opt into our mailing list for newsletters, or marketing emails, and subsequently decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe selection at the bottom of the newsletter that will remove you from our email list.
