This 100% Chardonnay is elegant and rich with soft aromas of ripe peach, crushed pear and an alluring butterscotch on the nose. The palate structure is full, rich and round, expressing fresh mango, pineapple, and dried apricots with a delicate sprinkle of toasty oak.

96% Pinot Grigio, 4% Riesling - .4% Residual Sugar. The aroma brings springtime notes of honeysuckle with clementine, tangelo, and juicy starfruit. A lemon zest flavor combined with apricot and honeydew pushes forward on the palate. The finish gently yields to a complexity of lychee and very slight white pepper.

The 2023 vintage of Le Renard Gris is 46% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Grigio, and 8% Vidal Blanc. Crisp lively grapefruit aromas lead this wine following into pineapple, white cherry, and mandarin orange notes. This dry white blend has a non-sweet honey toned finish married with white peach and a memorable silky-smooth finish that pleasantly lingers. Overall, this wine has a youthful but classic flavor profile and appeal.

87% Vidal Blanc, 13% Chardonnay. This opulent off-dry wine brings mango aromas with subtle rose petals and a faint lemon rind nuance that follows aromatically. The palate is delicate and super clean with a star fruit and honeyed peach that pushes past the mango. This wine is refreshing, clean, and balanced.

100% Chambourcin. This sweet wine is a graceful, non-demanding fruit-forward light red wine to enjoy and simply relax. Raspberry, blackberry, and cranberry aromas mesh with a slight almandine puree aroma. A soft palate reinforces the same fun flavors while showing some strawberry, raspberry jam, and baked walnut.

83% Chambourcin, 17% Cabernet Franc. This is an easy-going fun wine with concentrated stewed blackberry, boysenberry, and molasses that greet the nose. The palate is dry and complex with flavors of stone fruits, a slight smokiness, and forest floor tones. Flintiness and minerality compete against the fruit making this wine - situationally dependent.

This 100% Cabernet Franc has ripe blueberries and plum galore coming through on the nose. This is intertwined with subtle oak, vanilla, mocha, and a slight sooty aroma showing Bordeaux complexity. This wine is complex with the fruits on the palate unfolding in layers with blackberry, plum, and then blueberry with a slight clean sandalwood finish, and then the lingering vanilla returns.

58% Cabernet Franc, 24% Petite Verdot, 14% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon. Le Renard Rouge (the red fox) is our signature Bordeaux blend. The 2021 vintage shares delicate aromas of violets, elegant rose petals, blueberry, and crushed plum skin. Once sipped, fruit flavors of damsons, blueberry pie, and blackberry tart push forward to an outstanding finale of unsweetened cappuccino froth flavor.

The 2022 Vintage of Le Renard Rouge is 44% Petit Verdot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc. This elegant and refined Bordeaux style red blend has aromas of ripe crushed plum
skins, concentrated blackberry, bright blueberry and subtle oak that sneaks past it all.
The 2022 vintage has a wonderful palate of cashmere black currant, blueberry tart,
black cherry, and wild berry. Black pepper, oak and a slight flintiness add additional
complexity. Overall, this wine is full bodied, focused, and refined.

85% Petit Verdot, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc. This is a thick and rich Petit Verdot, it has layers of boysenberry, stone fruit, and elegant vanilla. Oak and complex tannins finish off this concentrated, juicy, robust wine.
